Q1: How many methods are available for me to purchase Pwdspy software?
A: To purchase Pwdspy software, you can use any of the 6 methods below:

Q2: What's the "Registration Backup Service" or "Extended Download Service" on the purchasing page, must I pay for it?
A: The "Registration Backup Service" and "Extended Download Service" is offered by SWREG and REGNOW, it is automatically included when you click to pay for products. For more information about it, check in this pages, https://usd.swreg.org/rbs.html, https://www.regnow.com/eds_new.html.
To include the service means that you would like to give an extra pay. To exclude the item in SWREG or REGNOW, click the front “Trash” button, or check the box on the "Remove" column and click the "Update" button to save the change.
Q3: Can I get a CD copy of Pwdspy software for storage?
A: Yes, you can. But the CD could only be purchased together with the software and you need to pay extra money for it.
If you purchase on our web www.pwdspy.com via SWREG, please check "Add CD Upsell for just US $10.00" on the SWREG shopping basket page to purchase the CD version.
If you order on REGNOW, please find out the item "Add a Backup CD of your Order" and click "ADD TO CART" button to include CD. Please make sure to enter a valid mailing address to get the CD copy ASAP.
Q4: How to get an invoice/receipt after I paid for Pwdspy products?
A: With SWREG, when your order is completed, an order information email with a payment receipt (with a print hyperlink) will be automatically sent to the billing email address you provided. If you cannot find such a link, please contact the SWREG customer service at https://www.cardquery.com/.
With REGNOW, go to the page http://www.regnow.com/faq.html, enter your order number and email address, you should find your order with a link to your receipt. If not, please contact the REGNOW support at orders@regnow.com.

Q1: How do I get fast response of technical support?
A: We recommend you take the following steps to get your problems quickly solved: First please make sure you are using the latest version of our software. Then please check our FAQ Center on this site for the better understanding of your problem.
If you have not found a proper answer or solution, please email to us at support@pwdspy.com with detailed description of your problem. Please give us as much detailed information as you can. With your given information or report, our support team will check and find a solution for you.
Q2: I lost my software due to the computer crash, what should I do?
A: If you lost your software after reformat/ rebuild/ reinstall the OS your computer, you can get it back via email to us at support@pwdspy.com and tell us your order number or licensed email address.
Q3: I found I have bought the wrong software after purchase, can it be exchanged to the software I need? Or can I get a refund of this product to purchase the right one?
A: Requesting refund with the reason "purchasing the wrong product" will not be approved, since a free "try-before-you-buy" version is available for you to decide which product meets your need.
Before you buy a product, we highly recommend that you read the product description, download the trial version, and always remember to choose the exact product with a right name.
In your case, we could only offer you a discount to the product you want. For more information, please contact our support staff at support@pwdspy.com with your order number and/or licensed email address.
Q4: My order has been processed successfully, but I found I have entered the wrong email address when placing my order. Can I get it corrected and receive my registration code in my right email?
A: Yes, please contact us with your order number and the right email address. Then we will change your email into the right one and send your registration information to your new (correct) email address.

Registration & Upgrade
Q1: How can I get the registration information after I purchase it?
A: The registration information will be delivered automatically to your email soon after your order is processed successfully. If you are in urgent need of the product, payment via credit card is recommended.
Q2: How long should I wait for the keycode?
A: Generally, the confirmation email with a link for receipt and a link for key code will be sent to you a few minutes after your order has been successfully processed. Please make sure you have entered a valid email address and your MTA permits the email from the domains of Pwdspy Company, SWREG or RegNow. Then contact us if you fail to receive a keycode email within 24 hours.
Q3: I lost my registration code or I have not received it, what should I do?
A: If you lost your registration code, please contact us via email support@pwdspy.com with your order number or licensed email address.
1) Generally, the confirmation email with a link for receipt and a link for key code will be sent to you a few minutes after your order has been successfully processed. Please make sure you have provided a valid email address when placing your order, and your MTA permits emails from the domain of SWREG and Pwdspy Company.
2) If it’s OK, then check your spam folder or junk mail to see if there is a confirmation email of your order from SWREG or Pwdspy. Please find “Get key code here” (via SWREG) or “Your license code is” (via REGNOW) and there is a link followed, you will get your software and the key code at that page. If the link could not be clicked, please copy and paste it into your web browser.
If still have problem to find or get your key code, please contact us via email support@pwdspy.com for help.
Q4: I failed to register the software with the key code provided. What's wrong?
A: As to this issue, please make sure that you have kept to the following points:
1) Your network is accessible, and your firewall does not block the program. You can just disable the firewall.
2) Then please copy the registration code to register on the program directly if you have already installed the software.
3) When entering the registration code, please make sure to put without any space in front of the code.
4) If you have not installed the software before, please download it at the link we provide to install and then register.
If you still have trouble in registration, please email to support@pwdspy.com with your order number and licensed email address.
Q5: Can I use the same registration code on different computers?
A: All software products of Pwdspy are licensed per computer. That is, one registration code is unique for one computer. Once you have registered on one computer, the software will be locked on this computer. You could not use the same license on another different machine until we re-set your registration code (unlock it for you).
If you want to transfer your single license to another computer, please download the trial version to your new machine to test and make sure that it is working well on your new computer. Then contact us with your order number and your license email, we will help you to re-set your code to let you re-register.
Q6: What is your upgrade policy?
A: We provide four-year free upgrade for the same version or product, from the day you purchased.
Q7: After upgrading my product, the keycode became invalid, what happened?
A: Please kindly check if the upgrade is free. You could contact us via email support@pwdspy.com for help.
